The Compliance Department of Central Virginia Community Services was established in 2001 in an effort to provide the highest level of integrity and quality care for consumers, families, staff, and stakeholders.
The Role of the Compliance Department:
- To provide guidance to staff and management to ensure services are provided in an ethical and legal manner
- To focus on the prevention, detection, and resolution of compliance violations
- To provide a 24 hour Compliance Report Line for staff reporting of concerns and practices
- To reduce the risk of discontinuance or interruption of services
- To respond to concerns or complaints from individuals served, stakeholders and the community
