What do we do?
Medication Management services encourage clients to be medication compliant by helping the client obtain the medications ordered by the physician in the most cost-effective way, assessing for effectiveness or any side effects.
Psychiatric Nursing services include conducting client assessments, injections, and venipuncture when ordered, fielding client calls, ordering, receiving and dispensing client medications monthly, and some case management.
Who do we work with?
Medication Management services are provided for any client that is seen by an agency physician.
Psychiatric Nursing services are provided for any client in need of these services being ordered by the physician
How do I make a referral to one of these programs?

A qualified clinician will conduct an assessment and intake, following with an appointment with an agency physician, if the individual meets the criteria.
