What do we do?

     Coordination of Treatment involves working with the treatment team to recommend specific types of treatment for individuals receiving services from the agency.

     Medication Management is working directly with primary care physicians to determine the best medications for each individual.

Who do we work with?

     Psychiatric Services are available for those clients who meet our requirements such as, but not limited to, the seriously mentally ill.

How do I make a referral to one of these programs?

A qualified clinician will conduct an assessment and intake, followed with an appointment with an agency physician, if the individual meets the criteria.
